The room was nice, had a good view of the ocean. The bathroom was spacious with a shower, hairdryers, and guest toiletries. The services were nice, offered us great free Wi-Fi. You could leave a car nearby.

The rooms here are always clean and the staff works hard to keep it that way. They make sure to update the rooms regularly, giving them a fresh and breezy feel. You'll find a comfy queen bed and a great shower 🚿. Plus, there's a swim-up bar where you can grab some cold drinks right in the pool.

The location, the room were very clean and comfortable. The services was quite nice. The waiter Alfredo González was very kind and efficient. In front of the hotel you can find an small coral reef with nice biodiversity. The pizzas are tasty and nice.

The hotel didn´t have a pool and the food menu wasn´t really covered by the kitchen because of the low season (the food is fine, but they don´t have all the ingredients and can´t prepared all the dishes they offer in the menu). In the room we get a balcony terrace, but there were no chairs and no table.

Had an amazing time here on our vacation! the room was really nice and clean, plus had a killer view of the ocean. 🌊

The highlight was the exceptional meal we had at the hotel restaurant. The salmon and pollo cordon bleu were cooked to perfection and the flavors were unforgettable. This place was really nice and the staff was super friendly. the best part was its awesome location right on the Malecón with stunning ocean views 🌊. It was also conveniently close to everything around.

the hotel at the beach was clean, friendly, and had a great SPA. No noise and the food was excellent. The bed was perfect and the balcony was a nice touch. The reception guy was kind and Pedro helped with taxi. We got upgraded to a magical hotel next door with an ocean view and jacuzzi. Best seafood at Nohoch Kay.

The hotel also had great facilities, such as a rooftop deck with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. it was a delightful experience.

There was one aspect of the hotel that could have been better. The restaurant service was slow, and there were issues with the credit card terminals.
